When To Refer
We suggest that referrals to Helping Hand be made when the activities of daily living become difficult to manage, if you are not living in the same town or city as your loved one and are not able to assist in their care, your loved one is transitioning home from the hospital or Rehab and needs additional care and assistance not provided through intermittent home care services.

Mom loves living independently at the senior community. She just needed a little assistance with her meals. She really looks forward to the daily visits.
With our jobs and our own kids’ activities, my brothers and I were having a tough time having someone at the hospital all the time. Happily, my wife found Helping Hand.
My kids were worried about me mixing up all my medications. Helping Hand has made us all feel better.
We just don’t have to worry about Mom falling like we used to.
The Pathways Program has helped my husband return to some of the activities he loves best.
